TNT - Teen N' Training

11 - 16 year olds

Core fitness is established and then changes are made in each individual’s programs as they progress. Students must successfully complete a 6-week session and be certified by a Personal Trainer in order to be eligible to purchase a TNT Membership.

A completion certificate and 20% off the Student Membership will be presented to all participants completing the program. Participants under the age of 12 are welcome to participate but will not qualify for a Fitness Membership until they are 12 years old.

"Go the Distance" Challenge

Accept the challenge and go the distance reaping rewards both personal and financial. All participants that “Go The Distance” will receive a t-shirt and a 10% discount on a membership or FIT Pass.

Strive for 100: Swim 100 miles or 100 strength training workouts
Strive for 500: Run 500 Walk 500 or 500 elliptical miles

Strive for 1000: 1000 biking miles

Creating Wellness Within Workshop

16 years +

This mind/body workshop, focused on weight management and body image, will explore a variety of activities; such as mindful eating strategies, guided imagery, yoga, and other body awareness exercises.

You will learn how to apply these techniques to think more positively about yourself and help you make healthier choices. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Hatha Yoga

16 years +

Hatha yoga, like other forms of yoga, focuses on breathing to establish a better mind-body connection and relaxation response. Hatha yoga is slower paced, where you hold the poses longer to improve strength, concentration, and flexibility. It’s great for beginners or those who prefer a more relaxed style.

New Year, New YOU Yoga

18 years +

Start the New Year off right with your friends to clear your mind and body. Join us for an evening of yoga, sparkling wine, and champagne. Class includes a variety of yoga poses, relaxation, and more.


Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results fast. It’s a high-intensity dance party that fuses cardio, Pilates, hip-hop, yoga, and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in this 60-minute class. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Monday - Friday: 9 - 11 a.m.
Monday - Thursday: 5 - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 - 11 a.m.

$4/child per hour (1-2 children). Each additional child is $1/hour.
$8/child per hour for non-members.
